Absolutely fantastic Thai food! We arrived at lunch time on a Sunday and were seated immediately. The staff were attentive and the food came out so quickly. Highly recommend the papaya salad. Phenomenal. The green curry was also outstanding. Only complaint is the spice level. I know it's typical that Thai food is spicy. But if they offer levels of spice, "mild" shouldn't have me sweating bullets. I do love spice but it was almost too much to truly enjoy the food. I'd be happy to go back. I'll be craving that papaya salad.

Get the drunken noodles and moo ping! The moo ping comes with 4 very big very juicy pork skewers--they are quite fatty though so you might want to eat it with rice or salad. The drunken noodles have a delicious amount of Thai basil and we got them with duck today. I can't wait to eat the leftovers later~ Their Thai iced tea and Thai iced coffee were also deliciously sweet and creamy. Service on a Sunday morning before the lunch rush was quick and efficient.

I love to eat at Luv2eat. This is my go-to place to get Thai food since it's close to my house and they're great catering to gluten allergies! I've been here many times but this was the first time trying laab with chicken. We got it with medium spice and it was just about the max amount of spice I could endure without being uncomfortable. It was so yummy though and I feel encouraged to branch out on thai dishes I order! Amazing restaurant that I'll continue going to over and over again whenever I'm craving thai food!

Everything was delicious so you can't really go wrong no matter what you end up ordering. Crab curry - the crab was hard to eat, so it's like, while you have to get it since it's the star item, it's unfortunate if you do while dining with casual friends who aren't necessarily dig-into-brittle-curry-covered-crab-with-your-hands-and-spit-out-shards-of-shell level close. Hat Yat Fried Chicken - It definitely looked very novel, but at the end of the day it was fried chicken. Extremely crispy though. Drunken noodles - Classic, delicious Eggplant with basil and crispy pork - A sleeper hit; the crispy pork was amazing! Salted fish fried rice -- good but where was the salted fish?

Very unassuming when you first get there but service is so fast and food comes piping hot. Can NOT skip the moo ping if you do you're doing yourself a disservice. Fried chicken was great but the Jade noodles left something to be desired really- overall great thai food and will go again to try some new things and get the mooping as its my new favourite dish on earth. Also HUGE portions for a decent price too

When you're in Hollywood, make sure to stop by Thai Town for some Thai food! I knew I was at the right place when I saw the line at Luv2Eat. The Hat Yai Fried Chicken with sticky rice was so flavorful and the crispy shallots made the dish for me! I couldn't get enough of the shallots. The Drunken noodles were just as amazing and I loved it so much with the basil

The Thai food here is spot on! Highly recommend the Moo Ping (Pork Skewers) as they are so flavorful and delicious. The Thai Fried Chicken is also great too. It comes with sticky rice and can pretty much be a meal itself. Everything is great to share family style too. Parking can be a pain since it's in a plaza shared with other businesses. Service is good and helpful .

TLDR: Gourmet, FOUR Michelin stars (!), easy parking in LA (!), friendly staff, DELICIOUS food, LARGE portions, what more could you ask for? If you want to explore Thai food beyond Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, Pad Kee Mao, and the curries, this is THE place to visit! - - - - - - Name alone, I was never expecting Luv2Eat to boast FOUR Michelin Stars... boy was I in for such a treat! Luv2Eat is tucked away in a small plaza that almost always has available parking. Walking in and being seated was an adventurous experience. The area isn't the most spacious, but the restaurant has a homely vibe. Every staff member was pleasant, though I had a difficult time receiving recommendations from a server (possibly language barrier). Nonetheless, Yelp photos and another staff member quickly pointed me to their signature Crab Curry, and I also sampled their Jade Noodles. After eating both at their "medium" spicy level, I have nothing but praise for each dish. Starting with the Jade Noodles with three meats, their Char Siu (BBQ Pork) is unlike the Chinese version. It was tender and not greasy or coated in a sea of sticky, sweet sauce. It was instead subtly sweet, lightly roasted, and tender. The duck was not too gamy, and the skin was a delicious snack on top. Lastly, their crispy pork was like eating crispy, thick, and caramelized bite-sized bacon pieces - sans grease. Another subtle notice was their Chinese broccoli (gai lan) was blanched well, and NOT bitter. Whatever their secret is, each ingredient for their Jade Noodles was without imperfections. Squeezing in a dash of lime on top alongside a bed of veggies, I think these noodles were the perfect entree. Their Phucket Style Crab Curry Kanomjean was impressive, too, with flavors similar to a traditional Thai curry. What was impressive was that the dish was served with the option of shell-on and shell-off. There was no explanation for the dish, so we dumped in the ingredients one at a time, and the curry was thankfully still warm after 20 minutes. The dish itself was tasty, and unlike pho, the basil even when submerged retained its flavor and fragrance beside the sweet curry.

Came where with a couple of friends - I should note that this place like a lot of Thai spots is ideal for group dining. I was pretty excited for this place as I've been hearing lots of great things and just haven't been for whatever reason. I was told they expanded their footprint at some point in the unassuming strip mall that they are located. The menu is pretty expansive with lots of Thai classics and they have a convenient specialty page with some of their more popular dishes. The service here is friendly and chill. It feels like a cafe where you're friends with the folks there. We ordered: Phuket Style Crab Curry Kanomjean (de-shelled) - this was so tasty. There was an option to have the crab with the shell, but we were feeling a little bit lazy and to me, I don't think it took away from the experience at all. It's served almost as a deconstructed dish where you put the items into the bowl including the noodles and scoop some of the curry over everything. Just a fun interactive way to eat a flavorful dish. Even when we ran out of noodles, I put some of the curry on some rice we got from a different dish. Moo-Ping - these grilled pork skewers are just so well done. From the flavors to the caramelized crunchy texture. There's a Viet skewer/dish that's very similar that my mom makes. So not only was this super delicious, I got a little nostalgia. Drunken noodles - Thai classic. Done very well here. Got it with tofu since we had chicken and pork from other dishes. Hat Yai Fried Chicken (w/ Sticky Rice) - the chicken itself was juicy and had a great crunch. Delicious flavor from the marinade/ shallots. The sweet chili sauce just put the flavors on another level. Overall, this meal was just so satisfying and I was a fan of everything. Would love to come back and try some other items on the menu, but felt like we ordered really well. We also came here a little early on a Saturday night - I think we just beat the crowds, because the 3 of us were able to sit right away. There was a wait outside about 15-30 min later. I also was able to find street parking about a block away. I felt safe, but the area could be a little sketch. Just travel in numbers to be safe.
